ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Röviden ismertettük azokat az eseteket, melyekben az otoneurologiai vizsgálat jelentősen segíti a neurológiai diagnosis felállítását. Felvetettük azokat a fontosabb kérdéseket, amikre a neurológus a cochleovestibularis vizsgálat alapján választ vár. A finomabb lokáldiagnosztika érdekében szükségesnek tartjuk a célirányos vizsgálatot, ami többek között a fül-orr-gégész és neurológus szorosabb együttműködésével válik lehetségessé. Fentiekkel mind az ideggyógyász, mind az otoneurologus számára gyakorlati segítséget kívánunk nyújtani abban, hogy a cochleovestibularis lelet esetenként a neurológiai diagnosztika értékes láncszemévé váljék.
The value of ihe cochleovestibular finding in the neurological practice.
SUMMARY
The cases are shortly discussed, in which the oto-neurological examination is an important link in the chain of the examinations tending to establish the neurological diagnosis. The main problems are listed, for which the neurologist and the neuro-surgeon want to obtain informations on the basis of the cochleovestibular examination. Adequate examination allows to make the exact local diagnosis, — the collaboration of the oto-rhino-laryngologist and the neurologist may be very useful in this respect. The author hopes to render practical help both to the neurologist and the oto-neuro- logist. In this way, the cochleovestibular finding may be a precious chain-link in the establishment of the neurological diagnosis.
