ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerző pyramis haránt-törést követő recidiváló meningitis műtéttel gyógykezelt esetét ismerteti. A betegnél laterobasalis törést és dura-sérülést okozó baleset következtében időnként „nasalis liquorrhoea” és többször meningitis lépett fel. A dura-sipolynak fülmütét útján történő plasztikai zárásával sikerült a liquorrhoeát és ezzel a további meningitis veszélyét megszüntetni. Szerző hangsúlyozza, hogy koponyaalapi töréssel együtt járó következményekné

SUMMARY
A case of relapsing meningitis, following the pyramid’s transverse fracture, is reported, in which the surgical treatment was successful. In consequence of an accident, causing latero-basal fracture and lesion of the dura, from time to time „nasal liquorrhea” and repeatedly meningitis developed. After the plastic closure of the dural fistula by ototomy the liquorrhea and the peril of further meningitis could be eliminated. In the case of complications concomitant with cranial fracture the importance of active ototomy is emphasized by the author.
