A vizsgáló személy által is észlelhető', ún. objektív fülzörejek főleg diagnosztikus szempontból jelentősek. Olykor komoly megbetegedés tüneteiként jelentkeznek — így ismeretük fontos a fülorvos számára.
Myoclonus of the soft palate concomitant with objective tinnitus aurium.
SUMMARY
The patient has been admitted because of tinnitus aurium persisting since 1 year. The examination revealed myoclonus of the soft palate, producing the tinnitus aurium. The tinnitus has been demonstrated by means of tape recording and the myoclonus has been recorded by myograph. No etiologic factors could be revealed with certainty. On the basis of the analysis of the causes of tinnitus and the development of the myoclonus of the soft palate the origin of the disease is supposed by the authors to be in the brain-stem. The treatment proved unsuccessful.
