ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők eseteik ismertetéseinél kitérnek az endoscopos, illetve az idegentestek okozta perforatiókra, az oesophagus nyaki szakaszán.
A sérülések ellátásával kapcsolatban párhuzamot vonnak a conservativ és műtéti (collaris mediastinotomia) tapasztalataikról. Felhívják a figyelmet a perforatiók tüneteire.
Lényegesnek tartják az időfaktort — a sérülés és a műtét között eltelt időt. Hat órán belül operált betegeik mind meggyógyultak.
Maguk részéről, perforatio esetén a collaris mediastinotomia elvégzése mellett vannak, melyet kilenc operált esetükkel támasztanak alá.

SUMMARY
Authors describe the perforations cased by foreign bodies as well as endoscopic examinations are dealt with of the cervical part of the oesophagus.
On basis of their experiences the comparison of conservative and surgical treatment (Cervical mediastinotomy) of the injury has been presented. Special emphasis is given to the symptoms of perforation.
Authors stress the importance of time factor — the time elapsing between injury and operation. All patients having been operated within six hours recovered.
In accordance with the evidence in nine cases authors believe that in case of perforations cervical mediastinotomy should be the method of choice.
