ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerző vázolja a praeepiglottikus térség anatómiai viszonyait, a terjedési kapukat, ismerteti az ilyen terjedést mutató gégetumorok lokalizációját. A sebészi kezelés kérdésével kapcsolatban a nagy metastatizáló hajlam miatt foglalkozik a regionális metastasisokkal és azok gyógykezelésének kérdésével. A pri- maer tumor sebészi kezelésénél a műtéti javallatot az intralaryngealis tumor lokalizációja és kiterjedése szabja meg. A spatium praeepiglotticum ezen esetekben mindig a gégével és nyelvcsonttal együtt, valamint a nyelvgyökkel
együtt resecálandó.
Surgical treatment of the tumours of the larynx, encroaching on the pre-epiglottic area.
SUMMARY
The anatomical conditions of the pre-epiglottic area, the ways of the extension of the tumour and the localization of the tumours encroaching on the pre-epiglottic area are discussed. Regarding the problem of the surgical treatment, because of the great susceptibility to metastasis the regional metastases and their treatment are dealt with. As to the surgical treatment of the primary tumour, the indication of the operation is determined by the localization and the extension of the tumour. In all these cases, the pre-epiglottic space is to be resected together with the larynx and the tongue bone.
