ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerzők emberi és állati gégéken végeztek összehasonlító szövettani és rekonstrukciós vizsgálatokat a m. vocalis rostszerkezetére, továbbá a hangszalaghoz, illetve a conus elasticushoz való viszonyára vonatkozóan. Az emberi és állati gégék között nincs alapvető, csupán fokozati különbség; a vizsgált állatokban a m. vocalis izomrostjai párhuzamosabb lefutásúak, s a hangajak kötőszöveti állománya lazább és rugalmas rostokban szegényebb, mint emberben. A rekonstrukciók értékelése alapján megállapítják, hogy a m. vocalis izomrostjai nem tapadnak meg sem a hangszalagon, sem pedig a conus elasticuson.

SUMMARY
In order to clear the fibrous structure of the M. vocalis and its relationship to the vocal cord and the conus elasticus, comparative histological and reconstruction examinations have been carried out by the authors in human and animal larynges. There are no fundamental-, rather gradation differences between the human and the animal larynges: in the examined animals the muscular fibers run more parallel, and the connective tissue substance of the vocal fold was looser and poorer in fibers than in the man. On the basis of the evaluation of the reconstructions it has been found by the authors that the muscular fibers of the M. vocalis do not adhere either on the vocal cord or the conus elasticus.
