ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A supervolt therapia a maxilloethmoidalis daganatok ellátásának alapelvét, a csontra terjedő tumornál a radikális műtét szükségességét nem változtatja meg, de preoperativ sugaras kezelésként és inoperabilis esetekben therapiás vagy palliativ besugárzásként eredményesebbnek látszik, mint a klasszikus sugár-therapia.

SUMMARY
The supervolt therapy does not modify the principles of the management of the maxillo-ethmoidal tumours: the necessity of radical operation in the case of extension of the tumour on the bone; however, the supervolt therapy as pre-operative irradiation and in inoperable cases as therapeutic or palliative irradiation seems to be more suitable than the „classic” radiation therapy.
