ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerzők 8 év alatt 10 esetben észleltek tévesen kórismózett légúti idegentestet, ezek adatai alapján részletezik a légúti idegentest elnézésének leggyakoribb okait. Tisztázatlan bronchopulmonalis folyamatoknál mindig gondolni kell légúti idegentest lehetőségére is, melynek legcsekélyebb gyanúja esetén kötelező a diagnostikus bronchoscopia elvégzése.
Overlooking and erroneous diagnosis of foreign bodies in the respiratory tract in children.
SUMMARY
During 8 years, the authors have observed in 10 cases erroneous diagnosis of foreign bodies in the respiratory tract of children. On the basis of their observations the most common causes of overlooking foreign bodies in the respiratory tract are outlined. In the case of uncleared bronchopulmonary processes the possibility of the presence of foreign bodies in the respiratory tract is always to be considered and if the slightest suspicion arises, diagnostical bronchoscopy should be done.
