The importance of thex-ray therapy in the treatment of the cancer of the larynx.
SUMMARY
The problems of the radiologic treatment of the cancer of the larynx are dealt with. It is stated by the author that the site, the type and the size of the tumour play greater role in respect of the radio-curability than the histological structure. The author recommends the pre-operative irradiation treatment and points out the importance of the complex radiation and surgical treatment of extensive tumours.
