ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerzők felvetik a gége praecarcinomás állapotok fejlődési fokozatainak jelentőségét. Négy év alatt észlelt 104 betegük elemzése során megállapítják, hogy a gége praecarcinosiai szövettani alapon rendszerezhetők és a histologiai szerkezetben mutatkozó minőségi különbségek szerint azok három jól elkülöníthető stádiumba sorolhatók. Ismertetik az egyes stádiumok általuk alkalmazott ismérveit. A gége praecarcinomás állapotok stádiumainak jelentőségét abban összegezik, hogy azok a szerkezeti felépítettség különböző fokozatai miatt más-más prognosticai jelentőséggel bírnak és ezáltal a szükséges therapiát egyben már determinálják is.

SUMMARY
The importance of the development of the pre-carcinomatous states of the larynx is discussed. Starting from the observation of 104 patients treated during 4 years, it is stated by the authors that the pre-carcinomatoses of the larynx may be systematized and grouped into well defined stages on the basis of the histological criteria. The characteristic features of each stage of the disease, proposed by the authors, are outlined. To sum up the importance of the stages of the pre-carcinomatoses of the larynx it is pointed out that because of the different structure the prognostical significance of each degree of development is different and decisive also in respect of the therapy to be applied.
