A szerzők a gége primaer amyloid tumorának két esetéről számolnak be. Röviden ismertetik a kórképet. A hazai magyar nyelvű irodalomban hasonló eset közlését nem találták 1945 óta.

SUMMARY
Two cases of primary amyloid tumour of the larynx are reported. The course, the etiology of the disease, the classification of the amyloidoses and the therapy are shortly dealt with. Since 1945, no similar case report has been found in the Hungarian literature by the authors.
