Szerzők a hallójárat ép anatómiai felépítését megtartó, a chronicus otitis eredményes gyógykezelésére alkalmas műtéti módszert ismertetnek. A műtét Jansen, Jakó és Bodzi methodikájának elemeit tartalmazza. Részletezik a műtét indikációit. Beszámolnak 88 esetük gyógyulási eredményeiről. Ezek alapján a hátsó hallójárati fal megkímélésével végzett műtéti eljárást alkalmasnak tartják az otitis media chronica eredményes gyógyítására és kedvező tympanoplasticai eredmények elérésére.
Surgical treatment of chronic otitis with preservation of the bony wall of the auditory meatus.
SUMMARY
A surgical method maintaining the normal anatomical conditions of the auditory meatus and suitable for the successful surgical treatment of the chronic otitis is described. The method is based on the procedure of Jansen, Jakó and Bodzi. The indications of the operation are fully outlined. The results obtained in 88 patients are presented. On the basis of their experiences the authors are of the opinion that thesur- gical technic performed with the preservation of the wall of the posterior meatus is suitable for the successful treatment of the chronic otitis of the middle ear and also' for satisfactory tympanoplastic results.
