ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
20 pyramis-törött beteg audiologiai utánvizsgálatát végezte el. 2 esetben talált ép hallásküszöböt. A koponyatörés utánihoz viszonyítva változatlan hallása volt 10 betegnek, míg 2 esetben kis fokban 4 esetben lényegesen romlott a küszöb. A retrocochlearis laesio felderítésére a Schubert — Carhart-féle adap- tatios tesztet alkalmazta. 5 betegnél kapott kóros adaptatios értéket. Mind az öt beteg a később rosszabbodó hallásúak csoportjába tartozott. A kóros adaptat.iót ezért rossz prognosticai jelnek tekinti. Beszéd-audiometriával magas discriminatiós veszteséget 2 esetben észlelt, mégis az adatot rehabili- tatiós szempontból is értékesnek tartja. Mindezek alapján felhívja a figyelmet a koponyatöröttek audiologiai gondozásának fontosságára.
Late audiological control of subjects ivith skull fracture.
SUMMARY
The audiological control of 20 subjects with fracture of the pyramid bone was performed. As compared to the hearing after the skull fracture no change was observed in 10 subjects, whereas in two cases there was a slight and in four cases there was a definite deterioration of the threshold values. To detect retrocochlear lesion the Schubert— Carhart adaptation test was used. In five case pathological adaptation values were oberseved. All the five cases belonged to the group exhibiting later impairment of hearing. Therefore, pathological adaptation is considered as a bad prognostic sign. High discrimination damage with speech audiometry was observed in two cases, however, from the aspect of rehabilitation these data are also considered as valuable. Based on the above observations attention is called to the importance of audiological care of Subjects with skull fracture.
