ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:

A szerzők a labyrinth- és a koponyaűri nyomás viszonyait vizsgálták kísérleti módszerükkel. Kutyákon és macskákon nagyjából azonos értékeket kaptak.
Eredményeiket összefoglalva megállapítható, hogy:
1. a koponynűri nyomásváltozások a labyrinthra áttevődnek, és ehhez az áttevődéshez mintegy 6 — 15 perces időtartam szükséges;
2. a normális liquor-nyomástól 15 ± 5 H,0 mm-nél találták azt a nyomásküszöböt, mely a labyrinthban a legkisebb, értékelhető nyomásváltozást okozza;
3. a koponyaűri nyomásváltozások közül a labyrinthra nézve a nyomáscsökkenés érvényesül kifejezettebbén;
4. eredményeikkel összefüggésbe hozhatók a koponyaűri nyomás változtatásával kapcsolatos modern audiologiai állatkísérletek;
5. vasodilatatorok hatására — a várható koponyaűri nyomásáttevődés többszörösét kitevő — nyomásemelkedés jön létre a labyrinthban. Ez a labyrinth vasoregulatiós jelenségeinek fontosságára hívja fel a figyelmet, melyek a liquomyomás-változások mellett önállóan is létrehozhatnak a belsőfülben functio-változásokat.

Experimental study of the pressure correlations between the perilymph and intracranial space in mammals.

SUMMARY

Using the experimental method of the authors pressure relations of the labyrinth and the intracranial space were studied. Approximat,ively similar results were obtained in dogs and cats.
Summarizing it may be stated that:
1. alterations of intracranial pressure are conducted to the labyrinth — approxi- matively 5 —15 minutes are required for this process.
2. a change of 15 + 5 H20 mm in the pressure of cerebrospinal fluid is the treshold to produce the least detectable change in the pressure of the labyrinth.
3. considering the labyrinth from alterations of intracranial pressure the decrease of the pressure has the more pronounced effect.
4. modern audiological animal experiments connected with alterations of intracranial pressure can be brought into correlation with the results of the authors.
5. following the administration of vasodilatators the pressure of the labyrinth is increased and this increase manifold higher than of the expected conduction of intracranial pressure. This calls the attention to the importance of the phenomena of vaso- regulation in the labyrinth, which beside alterations of the pressure of the cerebrospinal fluid may independently produce funtional alterations in the inner ear.
