ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerző ismerteti a periferikus perceptiós nagyothallás vascularis patho- mechanizmusát. Ehhez ismerteti a belsőfül artériás vérellátását s rámutat a collateralis összeköttetéseire a dobüreggel, a Fallop-csatornávalésa mastoidea- lis csonttal. E terület keringési regulátorát, a bőven erezett s széles érösz- szeköttetésekkel rendelkező fülkagylót használja ki a therapiában : con- choauralis kezeléssel több-kevesebb eredményt ért el. Elérkezettnek tartja az időt arra, hogy a fülsebészet vállalkozzék a perceptiós nagyothallások kezelésére is.
Problems of the treatment of perceptive impairment of hearing.
SUMMARY
The vascular pathomechanism of the peripheral perceptive impairment of hearing
is discussed. Moreover the arterial blood supply of the internal ear is dealt with and the collateral connections with the middle ear, the Fallopian tube and the mastoidal bone are emphasized. The pinna having an abundance of blood supply and collateral circulation is denominated as a circulatory regulator of this area. The vascular connection are well used in therapy: more or less results are obtained by conchoauricular treatment. Otological surgery should be aimed by now to the treatment of perceptive impairment of hearing.
