ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Otoneurologiai szempontból a koponyasérülés maradványmegbetegedéseinek három csoportját különböztetjük meg:
1. Tiszta perifériás cochleo-vestibularis syndroma.
2. Perifériás atypusos cochleo-vestibularis syndroma.
3. Centralis cochleo-vestibularis syndroma, amit Pierre-Marie post com- motiós syndromának nevezett.
Mindezek a kórképek keveredhetnek egymással.
Troubles of the Equilibrium Arising After Injuries to the Skull
SUMMARY
On the basis of experiences with 84 patients traumatised on their skulls the author describes the three groups of the cochleovestibular syndromes arising after injuries to theskulli. e. the peripheral, radicular and central clinical pictures. He considers elect ronystagmography suitable for proving the clinical picture of the central type which is rather poor in symptoms because by means of this examination the irregularities of the frequency and amplitude of provoked nystagmus in postcommotive clinical pictures, the alternate changes of periods of rest and excitement and the blepharoclonus can be shown. “Vincamin” was found to be suitable for soothing postcommotive vertigo.
