ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Stapedectomiákban szerzett tapasztalatokról számolok be 14 operált eset kapcsán. A nagy statisztikák mellett kis szám, a mi hazai közösségünkben, ahol most ennek a műtéti munkának kezdetén vagyunk, elégséges, hogy beszéljünk róla. Ezekhez nincsenek hozzá sorolva azok az esetek, amikor kezdetben csak talp-fenestratiót végeztem, továbbá azok a tympanotomiák, amikor műtét közben tűnt ki, hogy valamilyen ok miatt nem alkalmasak stapedectomiára.
Nem foglalkozunk diagnosztikai kérdésekkel, sem a műtéti indicatio és oldalmegválasztás problémáival.
Experience in Stapedectomies
SUMMARY
The author is concerned with his experience gained in the surgical technique of stapedectomy with a special stress on the particulars of the removal of the stapedial sole. A sheet of compressed connective tissue has been used for covering the window and the new connection has been set up by means of a tube of polyethylen. Further- on the advantages of sucking of the perilymph are stressed.
The author describes the improvement of hearing after the operation and deals with the significance of the improvement of the bone-conduction to be observed after- stapedectomies. He takes a stand on the question if stapedectomy should be the surgery of choice and what the conditions of the beginning of the stapedial suegery should be.
