ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A hazai irodalomban 1959-ig összesen 6 macrofollieuláris lymphoblastoma esetet ismertettek. Ezekben a közleményekben a nyirokképletek megnagyobbodását a hónaljban, a nyald, illetőleg a lágyék régiókban észlelték. Az általunk észlelt két esetben a nyirokszervek kóros megnagyobbodása a garat és nyelv- gyök i mandulán jelentkezett, ezért tartjuk érdekesnek kétesetünk ismertetését.
The Macrofollicular Lymphoblastoma of the Pharynx.
SUMMARY
Macrofollicular lymphoma or lymphoblastoma very rarely occurs in the pharynx: and the hypopharynx. While the clinical pictures were in both cases quite concordant, abnormal enlargement of the lingual tonsils), the histological pictures were not uniform. When radiologically examined the circumscribed hyperplasia of the mucous membrane in the hypopharinx and especially in the vallecula praeepiglottica was conspicuous. In the qualitative blood picture it was lack of the eosinophils that called attention to itself, while in the histological findings the presence of eosinphils in the inf laminated areas was very marked. We do not know its definitive therapy up till now. X-radiation resulted in temporary improvement.
