ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Az utóbbi évek során hazánkban kevés scleromás megbetegedést észleltek. Ez év januárjában 2 beteg került vidékről osztályunkra scleroma diagnózissal. Az esetek érdekessége, hogy egy családon belül fordult elő : anya és felnőtt leánya betegedett meg.

SUMMARY
The scleroma of the mother was seated in the nose and the larynx, that of tier daughter only in the larynx. Both were treated with tracheotomy, streptomycin, vitaminé A, anti novocain administered to below the nasal mucosa, into the fossa pterygopalatina, and to the enviropment of the laryngeal arteries. Restoration took 3 weeks in the nose, 7 weeks in the larynx. One month later both were free of complaints and symptoms. Quick absorption of the infiltrations is interpreted by the hvperaemia piodueed by novocain.
