ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Diplacusisnak, paracusis duplicatanak (Körner), kettőshallásnak nevezzük, ha egy hanginger hatására egy időben két különböző hangérzet keletkezik. Megkülönböztetünk egyfülű és kétfülö kettőshallást. A diplacusis monauralis esetén az egyik, diplacusis binauralis alkalmával a két oldalon keletkezik egyidőben két különböző hangérzet.

SUMMARY
After a short review of the 25 years proceedings in the pathogenesis and clinical relationships of diplacusis, author points out the significance of the demonstration of binaural diplacusis for the examination of the regression pointing to the disease of Corti’s organ. The procedure has been introduced also in the audiolgic department of the university clinic and a graphic representation method termed diplacusigramme has been devised by author for the clear designaton of binaural diplacusis. After a report on three interesting cases the method is presented on figures. The examination and graphical representation of diplacusis is often a valuable method, but its definite value and usefulness for topical diagnostics can not be judged without further observations.
