ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A Boeck-íéle sarcoidot 1898-ban bőrgyógyász névadója írta le legelőször. A megbetegedés ritka, Boeck 1898—1916 között mindössze 23 esetet tudott összegyűjteni. Előtte Besner 1889-ben már észlelt Boeck-féle sarcoidot, de ő azt mint lupus pernio-t írta le. Leggyakoribb előfordulási helye az arc bőre. Nemcsak a bőrön, hanem a légutakban, zsigerekben, nyirokcsomókban, májban, lépben, szemben, csontokban, vesében, tüdőben észleltek Boeck-íé\e sarcoidot egyedül, többszörösen és generalizáltan előfordulni.

SUMMARY
A man aged 56 was examined for hoarseness. Laryngoscopy revealed a haselnut- si/.ed mass, having a broad basis and thorny surface, on the right outer surface of tlie epiglottis. It was removed by a directoscope. The mass was believed to be a papilloma, perhaps with a malignant transformation. On the 7th postoperative day the patient was free of complaints. Histology revealed Boeck’s sarcoid. The site of the tumour was scraped off and the débris was inoculated to animals, with negative results. Fluoroscopy of the chest showed no abnormality. General examination found neither enlarged lymph nodes, nor sarcoid nodules. This is the first laryngeal case of Boeck’s sarcoid in Hungary which was a local alteration only. Follow-up examinations have shown that the removal of the tumour has resulted in complete restitution.
